Energy Services Representative
Central Rural Electric Cooperative
Exhibiting stewardship for the cooperative, the Energy Services Representative professionally represents the Energy Services department by providing member support, maintaining records, files and databases.
This position focuses on preparing members for energy needs assessment, assisting the process of administrating electrical service contracts and upholding efficient work order management.

Core Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities described below are the essential functions of the job and are not intended to be all inclusive for this position.
•
Explain new service and construction procedures and programs to members.
•
Schedule appointments for the Energy Technicians to meet with members.
•
Create and process invoices, correspondence, and contracts for the department.
•
Management of work orders (create, process, complete or cancel).
•
Handle phone calls and member correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
•
Prepare and manage the filing of Right-of-Way easements with courthouses.
•
Maintain databases with member information.
•
Imaging, filing and record keeping.
•
Assist the department with any duties as required to keep the needed workflow for the department and cooperative.
•
Responsible for following all cooperative safety policies and procedures.

Reports to the Director of Energy Services
•
Decisions and duties are monitored and reviewed that have a moderate impact on the organization. Work requires a high degree of responsibility for information, technology and/or equipment.
•
Position has no formal responsibility for the work of others.
Job Qualifications:
Qualifications

Specific requirements and competencies include:
•
Solid Educational Background – High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1-4 years of related work experience which may include customer service and/or general office experience. Associate’s Degree or two year university equivalent preferred.

Applicable knowledge of Microsoft office.
•
Must have the ability to maintain numerous types of files and databases and possess good communication skills.
•
Must become familiar with all company policies and procedures.
•
Must have and maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
•
Must be able to obtain a notary public.
•
Communications – Expresses ideas and thoughts both verbal and written, exhibits good listening and comprehension, keeps others adequately informed and selects and uses appropriate communication methods.

Customer Service – Displays courtesy and sensitivity and responds promptly to customer needs.
